The Junior Engineer assist the Construction Engineer in the implementation of construction activities of all projects of the company. They are also responsible for the materials inventory management in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System used by the company.

• Coordinate with the Vendor Management for the follow-ups on the required materials at the project site
• Process the in-flow and out-flow of construction materials and supplies inventory in the ERP
• Conduct monthly inventory of materials inside the warehouse, ensuring what is recorded in the ERP system is tally with the actual material count
• Assist the warehouseman in organizing the warehouse, ensuring all materials are put in proper place and pulled-out on time
• Prepare and submit monthly project-related compliance function activity reports
• Prepare light and water consumption report, replenishment and liquidation documents for project-related expenses
• Maintain an efficient record of all documents relative to materials inventory at the project site such as copy of PO, suppliers Delivery Receipt & Sales Invoice, and contractor's materials withdrawal slip for easy reference
