Job Description
A Junior Business Analyst at Tarkie is a person who is responsible for gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and requirements from clients. Their primary focus is on identifying how Tarkie can offer improvements on their processes and systems.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to help clients digitize and automate their business processes
• Identify and recommend process improvements to clients
• Manage projects and implementations
• Manage the relationship with existing clients, ensuring that they fully maximize the features of the company’s software solution
• Deliver training presentations and change management recommendations to clients
• Keep abreast of company’s existing and future products and services

Requirements:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management or a similar course
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
• Research Skills
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment

Desired but not Mandatory:

• Background in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, Accounts Management, SAAS and Tech

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
