The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs and user insights into design solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs and user insights into design solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather requirements to inform design decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our product designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Design engaging and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and UI design work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
