JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Level Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our ride-hailing platform across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver impactful solutions
Responsibilities:

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver impactful solutions
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements, user personas, and business objectives.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation of UI/UX designs, adhering to design guidelines and best practices.
- Create visually compelling user interfaces, considering usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand identity across various digital touchpoints.
- Assist in analyzing user metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose design optimizations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) working as a UI/UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma
- Familiarity with user-centered design processes, including user research, personas, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile app design guidelines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with team members.
- A passion for creating delightful user experiences and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
