  • Salary: PHP 80,000 per month
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for enhancing the user experience of its Digital Experience product family. This role involves contributing to visual design, user experience, and interaction design. A key responsibility is to collaborate with developers and the customer panel to gather requirements and create elegant, intuitive user experiences. The ability to organize information from multiple sources, identify key user interaction requirements, and communicate coherent designs is crucial. The designer will work closely with other team designers to ensure consistency across the product.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate internally and externally to gather UX requirements and organize them from multiple inputs.
  • Create user stories, personas, storyboards, use cases, and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies.
  • Assess existing products to identify areas for improvement, including conducting content inventories and audits.
  • Develop creative solutions to UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
  • Design wireframes, screen mock-ups, and prototypes based on customer needs.
  • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis, interpreting data and qualitative feedback.
  • Define interaction models and evaluate their success through concept and usability testing and feedback.
  • Maintain documentation of UI/UX patterns for future implementations.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and collaborate on implementation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for user-centered design and meeting user needs.
  • (Desirable) Experience with web content management, marketing automation, or e-Commerce software.
  • Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma and Adobe CC; familiarity with In Vision Studio, Adobe XD, and Framer is a plus.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, visual mock-ups, user workflows, and low & high-fidelity prototypes.
  • General understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script for rapid prototyping.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Passionate about UX and other areas of design and innovation, with a keen interest in industry trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead design workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong personal leadership and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Monday to Friday
