The Junior Technical Associate will assist the Technical and Warranty Department in various technical support and warranty claim activities.This role requires a keen eye for detail,strong technical skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure the effective handling and resolution of technical issues and warranty claims.
-Bachelor's Degree
-0-2 years of experience in a technical support or warranty processing role.
-Attention to detail,communication,problem-solving,organization,time management,customer service,computer literacy.
-Strong technical competence and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
