Job Summary :Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Database Marketing Specialist with expertise in database management, contact nurturing, and using marketing tools like Constant Contact. This role is crucial in helping drive organic revenue, increasing sales, and spotting industry trends to ensure a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
In this position, you will manage and optimize our contact database, segment and filter audiences, and design targeted campaigns. You’ll also play a key role in developing and executing creative, results-driven marketing initiatives across multiple channels, aimed at increasing website traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying trends and adapting strategies to maximize impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain the marketing contact database, ensuring accurate segmentation and data integrity.
Use Constant Contact to nurture leads, build targeted campaigns, and maintain regular communication with key contacts.
Sort, filter, and analyze contact lists to optimize outreach and improve campaign effectiveness.
Promote new and existing marketing programs and initiatives.
Drive organic revenue growth through targeted digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
Increase website traffic and engagement through SEO best practices, content strategy, and trend analysis.
Identify and leverage marketing trends to adapt and refine strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Prepare marketing reports and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and competitor movements to ensure marketing efforts are relevant and impactful.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on database management and digital marketing.
Proficiency with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, data analytics, and trend spotting.
Experience in driving organic sales growth and increasing website traffic through effective digital marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience using marketing tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
Ability to work collaboratively across regions and with teams to align and communicate corporate objectives and goals.
Social media experience and building engagement.
Proficiency in relevant design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.
Partner with copywriters, marketers, designers, and external agencies when needed.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace while paying attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
