SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for monitoring purchase orders created to ensure supplier receipt and processing according to designed requirements; and purchase order follow up.
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
· Responsible for promoting culture of safety
· Communicate with suppliers to verify purchase order receipt and verification of accuracy
· Verify that items on purchase orders are current and pricing is correct
· Update PO information received from suppliers into software with accuracy
· Respond to routine supplier inquiries
· Continually seeks to streamline the order placement, acknowledgement and expedite processes
· Communicate with employees and suppliers in a timely manner
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Perform all work in accordance to ISO processes and procedures
. Can work on night shift/graveyard schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficient level of knowledge of buying practices
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
· Proficient with applicable computer systems and software, MS Excel
· Detail oriented, well organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baguio City, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
