Job Description: BPO MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in website, social media, and technical lead generation, along with strong proficiency in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads from North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. This role is perfect for a professional currently working in the BPO industry who is passionate about driving business growth and has a keen understanding of the dynamics of these international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including websites, social media, and technical platforms.
  • Utilize Google Ads to create and manage campaigns aimed at driving traffic and generating leads.
  • Identify and target potential clients in North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe through detailed market research and analysis.
  • Website and Social Media Management:
  • Optimize company websites for lead generation, ensuring a user-friendly experience that converts visitors into leads.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
Technical Expertise:
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and attract organic traffic.
  • Leverage CRM and other lead generation tools to track and manage leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Google Ads Management:
  • Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead acquisition.
  • Perform keyword research, create ad copies, and manage budgets to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine lead generation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience:
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • - Proven success in generating leads from international markets, especially North America Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
  • Google Ad Words EXPERIENCE
Skills:
  • - Strong expertise in website optimization, social media marketing, and technical lead
  • generation.
  • - Proficient in Google Ads with a solid understanding of campaign creation, management, and optimization.
  • - Excellent knowledge of SEO, CRM systems, and lead generation tools.
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • GOOGLE ADWORKS
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
