Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.

This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations and provide crucial support to our L&D department. You will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen by supporting the team department in its administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide general administrative to your assigned team
• Respond timely to drivers inquiries and concerns
• Assist with online and offline orientation, focus group discussions, and quantitative survey
• Regularly updates trackers and ensure accuracy
• Send announcements and key visuals on different social groups (viber, telegram, etc)
• Assist with data entry, document creation, and filing systems
• Conduct research and compile information to support various projects and tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (any course)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suite applications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Amenable to work onsite (at least 3 days)
