Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.
This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations and provide crucial support to our L&D department. You will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen by supporting the team department in its administrative tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide general administrative to your assigned team
- Respond timely to drivers inquiries and concerns
- Assist with online and offline orientation, focus group discussions, and quantitative survey
- Regularly updates trackers and ensure accuracy
- Send announcements and key visuals on different social groups (viber, telegram, etc)
- Assist with data entry, document creation, and filing systems
- Conduct research and compile information to support various projects and tasks
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (any course)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Amenable to work onsite (at least 3 days)
