What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with stakeholders and our L&D Manager to design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
• Curating and maintaining engaging learning materials, gathering feedback, and continuously optimising according to different learning styles
• Administering Pet Circle's annual compliance learning framework, ensuring it's engaging and effective.
• Contributing to successful change management initiatives by developing training resources that equip employees to adapt and excel.
• Delivering a comprehensive onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
• Owning the tenure recognition program, ensuring anniversaries are acknowledged and appreciated.
• Facilitating a smooth and graceful offboarding process, leaving a positive final impression for departing team members.
• Administering our Learning Management System, Employee Experience Platform and HRIS.
