Key Responsibilities:
· Collect checks and other financial documents from clients and ensure secure handling.
· Forward invoices and relevant paperwork to the appropriate departments or clients.
· Deposit and encash checks at financial institutions, adhering to all security protocols.
· Deliver and pick up materials and equipment as required, ensuring timely and safe transport.
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions, pickups, and deliveries.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on collections and deliveries.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of financial transactions.
· Adhere to all company policies, including those related to safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or finance is a plus.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Proven experience in a similar role involving cash handling, deliveries, or logistics.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
· Familiarity with financial processes and procedures is preferred.
· Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of safety protocols related to cash handling and transportation.
· Experience with customer service or client-facing roles.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
