Position: Life Planner
Job Summary: As a Life Planner, you will help clients with their financial planning by finding potential clients and providing them with tailored insurance solutions. This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings will depend on your sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with potential clients through networking and referrals.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and goals.
- Offer personalized insurance and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about AIA products and industry trends.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; finance or insurance certifications are a plus.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Actively seek new clients and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Participate in training to improve your skills.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
