Position: Life Planner
Job Summary: As a Life Planner, you will help clients with their financial planning by finding potential clients and providing them with tailored insurance solutions. This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings will depend on your sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Find and connect with potential clients through networking and referrals.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and goals.
• Offer personalized insurance and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about AIA products and industry trends.
• Meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; finance or insurance certifications are a plus.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time.
