- Next Gen Advisor Elite (Full-Time with Performance Incentives): Receive Php 40,000 to Php 60,000 in monthly activity bonuses for 12 months, in addition to commissions and other bonuses, to fast-track your success.

Responsibilities:
- Educate:
- Conduct financial planning sessions and provide tailored solutions to clients in areas such as life insurance protection, health coverage, HMO (Medicard), education/retirement planning, investments, and savings.
- Build and manage a client base through acquiring new accounts and providing ongoing service.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and team meetings to improve your knowledge and skills.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service.
- Expand:
- Invite colleagues and friends to join the program.
- Potentially grow into a leadership role by becoming a Manager of Managers.
- Must have stable Wi-Fi and a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to attend a mix of online and in-person training and financial literacy seminars.
- A bachelor's degree in any field (open to fresh graduates).
- Experience as a sales manager in any industry is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for promoting financial literacy.
- Self-motivated and proactive in personal growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mission-driven, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 2 – 3 per week
