Social Media Specialist (Part-Time - US Client)

Job Requirements:

Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey ideas across platforms.
Social Media Management: Proven experience in managing major social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and You Tube, showcasing the ability to tailor content and strategies to each platform's audience.
You Tube Management: Experience managing You Tube channels, with podcast experience preferred, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
AI Tools and Automation: Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automating social media processes, with familiarity in tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Make, and Notion etc, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn and be trained in basic administrative tasks, such as email management and data entry, to support overall team efficiency.
Strategic Development: Capable of developing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and provide data-driven insights for growth over time.
Portfolio: Candidate must present a portfolio showcasing a strong background as a Social Media Specialist. This portfolio should demonstrate successful campaigns, creative content, and measurable outcomes in social media management.

Core responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, automating, scheduling, and posting content while assisting the client in implementing growth strategies.
Content Creation: Create social media content, including graphics and captions, and contribute to more creative content ideas and initiatives.
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering community interaction, and building a digital community around the brand.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks like organizing emails, updating databases, and maintaining schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and growth.
Market Research: Conduct research on social media trends and competitors, providing insights to enhance content and strategies.
