Job Requirements:

• Experience: Up to 1 to 1.5 years of experience in social media management or a related role, ideally with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• Platform Proficiency: Skilled in using key social media platforms, with a strong focus on Tik Tok and Instagram, and familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, and scheduling/CRM tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Tech-Savvy with Tik Tok: Ability to enhance social media presence across platforms, particularly Tik Tok, by leveraging the latest features and trends to create engaging content and increase visibility.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage affiliate assignments and related tasks.
• Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in the fashion industry, with the ability to create and align content strategies with current trends and audience preferences.
• Traffic Growth: Proven ability to increase social media traffic through strategic content planning and audience engagement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging and building communities across social media platforms.

Core responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the client's social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
• Monitor social media accounts for comments, questions, and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

Content Creation:

• Help design and develop engaging content, including videos, that align with the brand's voice and target audience, especially within the fashion industry.

Affiliate Program Management:

• Assign unique tracking numbers to affiliates and monitor their activities to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Manage tasks related to affiliate sales, such as tracking commissions, processing payouts, and updating records.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and report on social media performance and affiliate program metrics.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improvement based on performance data
