Duties and Responsibilities
Promoting and selling packages, deals, and products:

• Promote packages, deals, and various products for Walk The Planet and Gala GO!
• Showcase their active personality during live stream sessions and interact with customers in an engaging manner.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Provide complete information on products, payment methods, and shipping processes during the live stream.
• Share ideas to help promote the Walke The Planet and Gala GO! brands.

Compliance Management:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather the necessary documentation and information needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Compile and maintain sales documents and records.
• Maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system for all interactions during the live stream.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and current best practices.
• Track and report social media analytics as required.

Issue Resolution:

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers or viewers promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on leadership, communication skills, and sales talk.
• In-depth knowledge of live streaming structures, regulations, and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active and pleasing personality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
