Sales and Business Development Executive

At QUBE Smart Technology Corp., we are currently looking for an exceptional Sales and BD Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold-calling, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress.
  • Manage customer accounts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and managing project-related documents.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor databases, contact lists, and records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: BGC, Taguig (onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
