Improves and develops reliability, maintainability and sustainability of all land based equipment nationwide
Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdown
• Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems
• Diagnose equipment faults and recommend technical solution
• Develops repair procedures
• Supervises site maintenance personnel
• Develop preventive and predective maintenance procedures
• Develop preventive and predictive (PPM) plan for all LBE nationwide
• Maintains equipment statistical records
• Ensures compliance with health and safety legislation
• Develops equipment reliability strategies
• Manage stocks of supplies and equipment
• Conducts failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system
• Coordinated scheduled maintenance with operations department
• Conducts cost savings and introduce new projects if needed
• Coordinates with vendor and procurement
• Improves uptime of all equipment

Qualifications:

• Any graduate of Engineering or related courses
• Licensed/Registered Engineer (Mechanical or Engineer) is preference
• Preferably with 7 or more years experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Land based equipment under vessel, container yard or logistics setting.
• Experience in equiment maintenance and reliability engineering
• Excellent in data analysis and problem solving
• Can easily adapt in working environment
• Willing to travel from time to time
• Work location: Manila
