POSITION TITLE : MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AUDITOR (Junior Auditor)
JOB SUMMARY : Reporting to the Audit Manager, responsible in the implementation of audit plans of various company clients and sees to it that proper coordination regarding schedules is carried out with concerned client and support group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIBITIES:
1. Establishes audit plan/programme for the assigned client scheduled for audit;
2. Ensures review of management system documents submitted by clients;
3. Conducts audits according to the planned audit schedule and certification procedures;
4. Responsible for directly communicating to clients matters related to audit documentations, review results, audit concerns and audit results;
5. Ensures completion of audit documents and reports in planning and actual execution of audits according to certification procedures;
6. Reports any concerns or issues on audit planning, review or reporting to Audit Manager;
7. Prepares audit reports that will be assigned by the immediate superior:
8. Lead Auditors are responsible in managing the conduct of audit at client site and act as direct liaison to client during the audit execution. Communicates to Auditing Team regarding audit issues, adjustments and/or any concerns during the audit;
9. Takes on all other related activities that may be required by the management in the conduct of its business.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four year course preferably any engineering/science course;
• Must have at least 5 years working experience in any particular industry;
• Must have work experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in Environmental, Health and Safety;
• Work experience must be related to the college degree earned;
• Must be analytical and keen on details;
• Must have experience in an ISO environment;
• Work experience as PCO (Pollution Control Officer) will be an advantage;
• Good in verbal and written communication skills
• Must have good presentation skills.
• Can effectively work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and can relate well with all levels in the organization
• Adept in MS office program (Word, Exel, Powerpoint)
• Willing to travel
