The Management Trainee (MT) will undergo series of training for store managerial position. Bread Talk Philippines will provide management trainee program to equip them with required knowledge, skills and abilities to become an effective and responsible manager.
Job Description:
1. Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any course
2. Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience gained from Food & Beverage / Bakeshop / Restaurant Service
3. Must be a Customer Service oriented person
4. Keen to details
5. With good communication skills both oral and written
6. Supervisory experience is an advantage
7. Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended working hours if needed.
Requirements:
1. Ensures strict observance and implementation of Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
2. Can drive Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) and sales inorder to achieve the sales target
3. Performs a regular maintenance inspection of all areas in the store
4. Reviews daily sales report
5. Supervises the monthly physical store inventory
6. Supervises the store personnel
7. Evaluates the performance his direct reports
8. Secures confidential information and documents.
