MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING STAFF

- Ensures that products to be developed meet set requirements and specifications from customer.
- Evaluates samples for development and samples for modification.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of the evaluated samples prior to submission to requestor/ customer.
- Conducts testing on materials from IQA and suppliers samples.
- Prepares reports and coordinate results to concerns.
- Identify quality issues during development stage, report and communicates to concern departments as well as prioritize the issues requiring corrective actions.
- On-site evaluation and approval, together with customer, at supplier for new development item.
- Records all raw materials specifications in developing item.
- Evaluates data and validate results especially if there are deviations from existing specifications.
- Prepares/ establishes Work Instructions, guidelines, flowcharts for process improvements.
- Prepares defect limit sample criteria per material.
- Coordinates with Design Department in checking tool details and specifications.
- Prepares samples to be evaluated in a required setting (if applicable).
- Ensures necessary documents and specifications are provided by the requestor to facilitate accurate reports.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,500.00 per month
