Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare needed materials/master batches as per Internal Order scheduled by PPIC and approved standards
· Monitors/checks materials in the hopper, bins and auto feeder to ensure continuous operation of injection machine.
· Conducts immediate cleaning of material loaders after each material changes, including the filters for vacuum loaders.
· Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
· Ensures accurate recording of daily withdrawal of PP resin & master batches.
· Able to plan and request in advance Raw materials, Master Batch and other supplies needed in the production line.
· Ensures that Procedures, Guidelines, Forms and other Quality Records are updated and filed.
· Comply with all company and corporate environment, safety and health policies, programs,procedures and job specific roles and responsibilities defined in the EHS Manual
Experience & Skills required
High School or College level
· 1-2 years work experience as MH in a Plastic Injection Molding Company
· Self motivated and a Team Player
· Can work with minimum supervision
