Job Description
To ensure compliance to quality product and process in all areas of the plant with respect to product requirements that will lead to excellent Performance, Quality and Productivity.

• Monitor operations to ensure that production, Food Safety and Quality Standards and ensure product specifications are met thru in-process inspections.
• Conduct inspection on running machines and check condition of product quality and output of the following every 2 hours
• Conduct random quality inspection on packed production output.
• Get at least minimum of 2 samples per cavity and check. Accept or reject finished goods item
• Conduct verification on established control measures to comply with Food Safety Requirements
• Remove/hold all products and materials that fail to meet specifications and observe proper tagging
• Record all inspection data and output, number of rejects (per category/type) and provide Hold tag or request HFI form to all non-conforming products /packed finished goods.
• · Monitor product by measuring the part weight and thickness of produced products daily to ensure that product specifications are met.
• Record daily monitoring test data measurements inspected.
• Conduct line clearance verification on change over, change color and change profile to comply with production standards

· Report to immediate superior or person-in-charge any issues and concerns on the product, quality, manpower and recommend necessary adjustments and repairs
Qualifications:
1. High School or Vocational of any course.
2. Work experience in the same capacity and with at least 3 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
3. Notable knowledge of MS Office, keen on reporting and documentation
4. Ability to transfer knowledge, skills and willing to train others
5. Good logical thought process, composed judgment, good decision-making and meticulous attention into details
6. Strong understanding of Quality Control Standards, 7S/GMP, specification requirements, procedures/techniques as well as to operate test equipment efficiently

In July 2019, RPC was bought by BERRY GLOBAL INC.
