JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course or with strong relevant experience
• With at least 6 months as Planning Staff in Manufacturing company is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are open to apply
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinates and distributes production schedule per process and see to it that those are achieved based on work order and completion dates.
2. Monitor jobs or operation to evaluate accuracy, completeness and conformance according to schedule.
3. Ensure maximum machine performance and minimum delay based on production capacity by determining the start and completion for each process
4. Work closely with Job Controllers to gather output information per process, rejects and excess quantity.
5. Work with Production IE in coordinating production activities to improve runtime.
6. Generate report on production volume, backlog work orders, machine breakdowns and other important element of production.
7. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and logistics to determine status of orders prior delivery.
8. Address issues promptly when they arise to minimize disruption.
9. Prepare and submit status per section and performance reports to Planner and Sr. Planning Controller.
10. Act as reliever in the absence of other Planning Contol Staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
