JOB DESCRIPTION:
Digital Marketing-Ads optimizer (Senior)
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Linked In Ads, social media advertising)
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted lead generation strategies (e.g., landing pages, Lead Ads, Messeging Ads)
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals
- Implement strategic SEO optimization to organically attract qualified visitors to our website.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Data Analysis, Creative and Content Production to synchronize communication efforts.
- Building & Managing social media (e.g., Facebook, Line, Tiktok) to increase awareness and engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven track record of success in driving leads and conversions through social media marketing or performance marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape
- A strong understanding of SEO, SEM and content marketing principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
