In this context, Labrador is looking for a perceptive and self-driven professional content writer for its international marketing unit, which addresses all the Labrador Group's businesses worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Labrador, a financial industry expert at the intersection of financial communications agency and Fin Tech, is looking for an insightful and autonomous professional content writer for its marketing department aimed at the Group's international activities (including USA, EMEA and Asia).

• Research and write compelling content (articles, studies, blog etc.) in English for our international marketing and lead generation with our best practices, industry standards, and corporate policies
• Follow our global content strategy and partners practices (SEO optimization) to produce content aligned with customer benefits, brand differentiators, target audiences (personas), and preferred tone or voice
• Revise content based on internal or external feedback
• Create, monitor and respect the editorial calendar to meet delivery deadlines
• Establish and follow key performance indicators (article/content view, productivity, quality, on-time delivery)
• Contribute to the improvement of inbound and marketing best practices and processes as our team evolves
• Work on multiple writing tasks across a wide range of geographic locations or markets
• Work as part of a team, completing work assignments and collaborating with others as required
• Work hand in hand with our international teams

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Beyond your credentials, you must thrive in a fast-paced, professional production writing environment and be keen on collaborating with others to deliver quality and client-centric (and data-driven) content on financial topics in English.

• Proven experience in writing content for professionals (with high added value for a defined target audience) .
• A customer-centric approach, using customer knowledge to write content that meets their needs through our services/solutions.
• Ability to use available/internal data to produce studies and benchmarks for our personas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient skills in digital marketing (specifically, SEO content writing) – an advantage.
• Strong adherence to processes and procedures, ensuring scalability and efficiency in our operations.
• Exceptional team player skills, coupled with the ability to thrive independently when necessary.
• Proficient prioritization abilities, enabling you to manage multiple tasks with ease.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related degree preferred. MA is a plus
• At least 4 years concrete experience on the position or equivalent. Experience in financial industry is a plus
• Expertise in Content marketing, Communication or Journalism
• Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM tool is an advantage
