- Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that drives brand awareness and generates leads.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Communicate marketing strategies and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing practices.
- Identify and establish partnerships with other organizations to enhance marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a Related Field
- Extensive Experience in Marketing Roles, often 6+ years, with at least 5 years in a Leadership or Managerial Position
- Demonstrated Success in Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies that Drive Business Growth
- Ability to Develop Long-Term Marketing Strategies that align with the LPUs Goals
- Proficiency in Analyzing Market Trends, Customer Data, and Campaign Performance
- Innovative Thinking for Developing Unique Marketing Campaigns and Strategies
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels, Tools, and Trends
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Deadlines Effectively
- Experience in Managing and Optimizing Marketing Budgets
