ICT Assistant

LPU-Davao is seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Assistant to join our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in set-up, configuration, and maintenance in all company servers, desktops, mobiles, hardware, systems, and applications
- Assist in-house users on all aspects of IT support
- Manage all company backups and assist in disaster recovery process
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- With at least 1 year experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knows network troubleshooting, software installation, and basic server management
- Has knowledge of security protocols and data backup procedures
- Has basic computer knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
