Job Description:
LPU-Davao is seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Assistant to join our institution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in set-up, configuration, and maintenance in all company servers, desktops, mobiles, hardware, systems, and applications
• Assist in-house users on all aspects of IT support
• Manage all company backups and assist in disaster recovery process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• With at least 1 year experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knows network troubleshooting, software installation, and basic server management
• Has knowledge of security protocols and data backup procedures
• Has basic computer knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
