We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with Word Press Capabilities to join our team. This role involves a combination of website development and digital marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Pay: Php450.00 - Php550.00 per hour

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with Word Press Capabilities to join our team. This role involves a combination of website development and digital marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Word Press websites using Elementor and Optimize Press.
- Design and implement landing pages and other web elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Active Campaign and other marketing automation tools (training provided if needed).
- Create marketing materials in Canva to support campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with the management of CRM systems (optional; training provided if needed).
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required to support team objectives.
- Proficiency in Word Press development, including experience with Elementor and Optimize Press
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Active Campaign
- Excellent design skills, with experience using Canva for creating marketing materials
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and Word Press development
- Portfolio demonstrating Word Press websites and marketing materials
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Word Press, Digital Marketing) are a plus
- Flexible schedule with ideal work slot overlap with Philippine and US teams.
- Starts at 40 hours per month but could lead to more hours depending on performance
- $8 to $10 per hour
- Fully remote
- You’ll be working with a marketing team heady by a marketing project manager
- Get community support from Irene Chan Co.
- Fully remote, asynchronous team (communication is mostly through Slack and Notion)
