- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Medical Science or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Provide technical support to promote company products and services to customers
- Troubleshoot/repair minor instrumentation, procedures and software situations, train customers, optimize reagents, create and submit paper works
- Demonstrate uses and advantages of the products; check products update
- Participates in convention and exhibits
- Assist in customer training and workshops
- Serve as customer contact on technical and service related problems
- Assist Sales Specialist in updating product knowledge
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
