We are looking for a highly motivated Medical VA. You will play a crucial role in providing medical support to our US-based healthcare clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including patient data management, scheduling appointments, processing prescriptions, and providing administrative support to medical staff.
*Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update patient records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
- Coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.- Process prescription orders and ensure timely delivery to patients.
- Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, billing, and insurance verification.
- Participate in telehealth sessions as needed, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare practices, and regulatory standards.
*Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
- PRN / USRN is advantage
- At least 2-3 years as Medical VA.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
