MEPFS ENGINEER

General Duties & responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion according to strict deadlines and tight budgets
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Specific Duties & Responsibilities (MEPFS)

• Provides assistance on the general supervision of on-going activities in the construction of site facilities with focus on HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire fighting, & Electrical Systems
• Advise the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the MEPF services that may affect construction progress
• needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Licensed mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material
• Familiarity with quality, health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly analytical & organized, decisive & possesses strong planning skills
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
