The Messenger/Liaison is responsible to perform field work activities to processing documents in Real Estate such as title transfer, loan processing, real property taxes payment, etc.

• Assist the section in securing the signature of buyers, joint venture partners and 3rd party entity
• Coordinate, Process and submit documents in different Government Agencies such as Pag-Ibig, Bureau of Internal Revenues, Registry of Deeds and Assessor's Office
• Secure important documents on hand
• Post Activity Report for the day
• Monthly Gas Consumption Report
• Daily Liquidation and endorsement of the funds to Supervisor
• Regular maintenance for company issued motorcycle

Working Experience

• With atleast 1 year work experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management or any 4 years course

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am - 4pm
Work Location: Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
Qualification

• Knows how to drive a motorcycle
• With Valid Non Professional license
