ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing multimedia content that enhances our organization's digital presence and engages our audience. This includes both photography and videography. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance the company's marketing initiatives.

• Manage the entire video production process from pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery.
• Set up and operate video recording equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit and enhance existing multimedia content to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Ensure all multimedia content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production and design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist (photography & videography) with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
• Experience with camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording techniques.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
