Job summary:
Responsible for planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of TB program in the communities especially the conduct of TB systematic screening and ensuring patients’ access to cascades of TB care.
Specific duties:

• Coordinate with local officials and partners in the targeted communities the implementation of TB systematic screening and other TB services.
• Train community volunteers on various TB services and exercise technical supervision over them.
• Conduct systematic TB screening activities to identify presumptive TB and refer them for confirmatory tests.
• Facilitate the linkage of identified TB cases and their health facility of choice for their treatment and contact tracing services.
• Conduct health education activities in the communities
• Prepare and maintain the prescribed records and reports for prompt submission to supervisor.
• Assist in identifying and coordinating with public and private health care providers in the area.
• Attend capability-building activities to improve his/her technical and organizing skills.

Qualification:

• With a nursing degree and had passed the nursing board examination
• Preferably with at least one year experience in providing patient care
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Training on public health programs preferably on TB is an advantage
• With good track record in working with the community and the team
• With good oral and written communication skills
• With computer skills

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
