• 1. Assist and accommodates patients/clients (walk-in and pre-employment)
• 2.Ensure all patients are recoded on the PEME logbook.
• 3.Takes vital signs and BMI and performs ECG
• 4. Assist the physicians, when requested
• 5. Endorses Daily Sales Report to OIC
• 6. Responsible for leasing of, forwarding (thru delivery by Messenger) and/or relaying (thru text messaging or e-mail) the medical examination or laboratory results to patient.
• 7. Gives proper instructions to patients for completion of medical or laboratory tests requirements.
• 8. Encodes OPD,APE, PEME patients' medical and /or laboratory results.

a. checks and reviews properly the encoded information (completeness and accuracy).
b. ensures results are forwarded to the physician on-duty for signing , on a regular basis.
c. observe confidentiality/security policies of encoded medical or laboratory results.
d. maintain hard and soft copies and back-up files of PEME results and encoded data for references.

• 9. To perform other functions that may be assigned/requested from time to time.
