The OBAM will be expected to contribute to the Network and Channel Dev Admin Operations through significant focus and assistance on the daily tasks given by the Team.
The OBAM will assist the Operational Excellence and Quality Control team in terms of system improvements and process set ups.
This role is office based and is an important support to the field based sales managers where it is needed to manage, develop and grow a selective portfolio of customers.
The OBAM will cultivate partnership-based relationships with customers based on a clear understanding of Customer Value Proposition, and knowledge of customer needs in order to deliver maximum value for both Phoenix and the customer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant Bachelor Degree.
Relevant sales experience or customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong commercial mindset
Willingness to do extra mile
Good working knowledge of the customer operation and financials
Strong IT literacy on all Office Programs
Excellent communication skills
Competence in negotiation and dealing with external partners is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Strong credibility (or proven willingness and capability to improve) in Personal and business skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
