Operations Supervisor (Aklan)

Supervise day-to-day fuel movements (Receiving, Storage and Loading) within the facility, ensuring operations are safely performed, equipment/assets are well maintained and external regulations are complied with while achieving the company/business objectives.
Schedule:
- Handle and communicate with terminal clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services.
- Establish team targets aligned with Corporate and BU KPIs, emphasizing client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Delegate tasks to team members, including yourself, to achieve set targets and meet client expectations.
- Participate in BU and corporate business planning, providing valuable insights from an operations perspective.
- Secure necessary permits for terminal operations, ensuring compliance with government laws and regulations.
- The candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering. Other combinations of training and/or experience that can be demonstrated to result in the possession of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will also be considered.
- Experience with software such as SAP is an advantage.
- Familiarization with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) is an advantage.
- Certificates for BOSH, COSH, LCM, and PCO backgrounds are an advantage.
- With a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to train and supervise staff.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
