Schedule: Regular Work Hours

• Weekdays : 8am-5pm
• Saturdays : 8am-12nn (alternate shift on Saturday after first 3 months)
• No Work on Sundays and Holidays

Compensation and Benefits Upon Hiring

• Basic Pay : P19,834.00
• Hazard Pay : P500.00
• Communication Allowance: P600.00

Benefits upon Regularization

• Rice & Laundry Allowance: P800.00
• Breakfast Allowance: P1,320.00 if employee arrived 20 mins before the shift

Job Description:

• Assist the patients with their requests for medical records needed in filing for sickness benefits (e.g. SSS, OWWA, personal health insurance)
• Provides the necessary medical records needed by the patients
• Request and monitor the approval of clients regarding patients’ requests
• Fill up the necessary details in the sickness benefits forms (e.g. SSS & OWWA forms)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course
• Open for full time position
• Keen to details
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
• Knowledgeable in processing SSS Sickness Benefit
• Amenable to work on site at Ermita, Manila from Monday to Saturday.
• Can start ASAP.
