Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts regular visit to assigned clients sites to check members' status, conditions, concerns
• Addresses on-site concerns of clients
• Monitors new, active and inactive members per client and submits periodic report to the Member Records thru the ASM
• Receives and prepare deductions summary (uniforms, variances, losses and advances) of members for submission to accounting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year business course
• At least 6months of experience on client & employee relations management - Computer-literate
• Good communication skills
• Preferably with own motorcycle unit
• With valid driver's license
• Willing to do field work
• With HMO
