Job description
Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform home visits to ill employee
• Perform and records vital sign
• Responsible for documentation of reports during home visit
• Call and inform Nurse on duty at MMPC if the employee is for teleconsult

Qualifications:

• Must be a Nursing Graduate and has a complete course in BLS-CPR/first-aid for (40) hours conducted by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) or any organization accredited by the same.
• with or without license
• Flexible, respectful and with pleasing personality.
• Proficiency in emergency medical care and life-saving techniques.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks such as lifting and moving patients.
• Willing to be assigned to Santa Rosa, Laguna.
