• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of pre-hospital or hospital experience.
• Extensive background in Emergency Nursing/Advanced EMS response/Medical Hotline is an advantage.
• Excellent English Communication skills (verbal & written).
• Preferably a minimum of 1 year of customer service/call-handling experience.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• Attentive to details and follow-through.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Highly energetic and motivated to succeed.

• Staff emergency and general access telephone lines in our operations center.
• Respond to member health events and member/potential member inquiries via telephone and email.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.
• Effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services.
• Manage and coordinate logistics for field rescues from remote locations and patient transfers to/from hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)
• Follow, maintain, and improve protocol, process, and quality standards for patient response and transport.
• Execute assigned non-operational general office tasks with diligence and precision.
• Domestic and International deployment when required.

• 3 consecutive working days & 3 consecutive rest days.
• Dayshift/Nightshift: 12 hours/day.
• Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila).
