Duties and Responsibilities

• Managed and lead the Emergency Room Unit.
• Provide strong leadership for the department by establishing high standards, leading by example, rewarding good behavior.
• Promote high standards of performance by exhibiting compassion and professionalism at all times and by being responsible for your actions, attitude, and body language.
• Use Performance Improvement monitoring, data collection, incident reporting, and other tools to identify patient care problems and take corrective action. Actions may include investigating problems, improving processes, clarifying procedures, and educating the staff to assure the problems are resolved.
• Take part on the development of department budget, supplies, equipment inventory estimate, and strategic planning goals.
• Develop policies and procedures that clearly define the operational and interdepartmental guidelines of the department.
• Manage equipment and supplies to make sure the department has the tools needed to provide patient care and to assure resources are used wisely.
• Advocate and ensure participation in interdepartmental activities, focusing on process improvements and achieving hospital-wide goals.
• Managed, collate, prepare and present reports, documents needed under the unit handled.
• Leads and provides guidance to the Healthcare Team in the assigned unit.
• Managed and provides basic and comprehensive nursing guidance and care based on National Nursing Standards and the HCCH-approved nursing process.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates care plans in collaboration with the patient, the significant others, and the whole healthcare team.
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation of the unit assigned
• Ensures confidentiality of care and provides relevant information to the healthcare team.

Qualification

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holder of Philippine PRC License for Registered Nurses.
• At least nine (9) units of a master's degree related to nursing.
• Supervisor or Officer position experience on the same capacity is required for this position
• Must be an active member of PNA and PONA
• Must have excellent communication and coordination skills
• Exhibits excellent leadership skills and high sense of urgency and accountability
• Technical Skills is required for this position
• Can reliably commute / drive going to Arca South Taguig City
• Must be flexible and can work in a shifting schedule
• Preferably can start ASAP

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
