• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email and chat
• Take inbound calls after three (3) months
• Conduct outbound welcome calls
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
• Serve as liaison between the customers and various departments
• Leverage customer management system data to process membership transactions
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers as part of the renewal process
• Enroll, renew and upgrade retails customers, processing credit card and other payment information
• Effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services

• Previous customer service experience
• Sales experience is a plus
