LOOKING FOR FRESH GRADS AND UNDERGRADUATE SENIORS
Inter Leukin’s Administration Team is looking for a People Associate Intern to join us in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will be expected to participate in the preparation of internal and external HR operational tasks, recruitment and onboarding processing, and provision of training for newly hired employees. You should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking.
If hired, you will be given the option to participate in the Shadow Program, the company’s pre-employment internship program wherein interns will be trained to become the next employees and leaders of Inter Leukin. This is a 3-to-6-month training program where you will be given tasks and KPIs to achieve depending on the department you are applying for. Additionally, you may request to be trained in another department besides your assigned department. This program is ideal for undergraduates in their senior year and fresh grads.
What You'll Do

• Facilitate recruitment, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates
• Conduct onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Coordinate HR meetings, projects, and training seminars
• Handle employee payroll and ensures employees are paid accurately and on time
• Handle all aspects of employee benefits, leaves, and absences
• Assists in periodic employee performance appraisals
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
• Provide timely administrative support and assistance to various units
• Assists in the enforcement of Company Policies, Rules, and Regulations
• Ensure the strict implementation of the appropriate Disciplinary Action
• Create drafts, notices, letters, and memos in compliance with company and labor standards
• Regularly coordinate with the Legal team to initiate and conduct case investigations and administrative hearings
• Act as a liaison and complete all documents for DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAG-IBIG related inquiries and issues
• Assist in representing the company in Labor proceedings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Legal Management, or any related degree
• Enjoys learning and working in a multi-cultural setting
• Has the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Able to present ideas in a user-friendly language
• Can work well under pressure
• Honest and trustworthy who can handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Approachable and enjoys talking to people
