The People and Culture Manager is responsible for enhancing the workplace culture and driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and satisfaction. This role focuses on building a positive organizational culture, aligning people strategies with business goals, and fostering a work environment where employees thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs that enhance the company culture and align with organizational values.
- Promote and reinforce core values through internal communications and employee interactions.
- Lead initiatives that celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Organize events and activities that build team spirit and strengthen organizational relationships.
- Create and manage programs for employee development, including training and career growth opportunities.
- Work with leadership to identify skills gaps and provide solutions for employee skill enhancement.
- Implement mentorship and coaching programs to support professional growth.
- Collaborate with managers to develop effective performance management practices.
- Provide guidance on performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Address performance issues and support managers in creating performance improvement plans.
- Administer employee compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Support organizational change initiatives by managing communication and providing guidance to employees.
- Help employees navigate through transitions and adapt to new processes or structures.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change management efforts.
- Develop and manage programs that support employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Coordinate with external vendors to offer wellness programs, benefits, and support services.
- Address and resolve employee issues related to well-being and work environment.
- Ensure that people and culture practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Update and enforce policies and procedures related to employee relations and culture.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.)

- Skills in managing HR projects, such as system implementations, policy changes, or employee programs.
