- Serve as the primary contact for the clinic, manage all phone calls and documentation.
- Remind important tasks and deadlines and proactively follow up.
- Take dictations and minutes
- Create and curate content for the Clinic's social media platform ( Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
- Design and create different images and video content for the clinic's social media..
- handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Look for social events and clients for the employer.
- Inventory check to make sure that the supplies for the clinic are enough.
- backup assist during surgery.
Pay: From Php10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Flextime
- On call
- Overtime
- Commission pay
- Senior High School (Required)
- English (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
