Driver Duties:

• Vehicle Operation:
• Drive personal vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Ensure vehicle is always in good condition and properly maintained.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized interior.
• Transportation:
• Transport employer to and from appointments, meetings, and other destinations.
• Run errands as needed.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Schedule and oversee major repairs and servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance.
• Home Maintenance:
• Assist with minor home maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and cleaning gutters.
• Report major maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• General Maintenance:
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed, such as lawn care and pool maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Security: Ensure the safety and security of the employer and their property.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer's personal and professional matters.
• Flexibility: Be willing to adjust to changing schedules and assignments.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to the employer and any guests.
