Job Summary:
The Physician Engagement Specialist focuses on enhancing the relationship between physicians and the healthcare organization. This role is responsible for developing strategies to increase physician involvement, satisfaction, and engagement with the hospital’s services.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engagement strategies to improve physician satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster open communication between physicians and hospital administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create programs that address physician needs and concerns.
• Organize physician events, such as training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and report on physician engagement metrics and recommend areas for improvement.
• Address physician feedback, ensuring quick resolution of any issues or concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
